Shipping Damage & Lost PackagesOnce dispatched, it is handed over to the postal or shipping service for delivery. 
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit after dispatch.Any issues that occur after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier are outside my control and responsibility.
It is recommend that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit after the order has been dispatched and handed over to the postal or shipping service.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with your order details and photos. Each case will be reviewed individually.
For incorrect or defective items, an unboxing video is required as proof. No refund or exchange will be issued without a valid unboxing video.
